We are looking for a professional Stew – with at least 18 months experience (and at least one 12 month contract on another program) who is ready to join a very adventurous 45m motor yacht.

We are a small, diverse group of professionals with a wild adventure streak. Our owners love the world of yachting – not to sit stern-to in port, but to get out and see everything the world has to offer. We work very hard to make their experiences amazing, and we get to participate in those experiences with them.

We do not “hang out” in typical yachting hot-spots, we explore the small, under-visited spots that are well off the normal cruising waters. We get our highs from using the water toys, hiking, diving, and experiencing new cultures, not from booze, drugs or smoking.

Our Chef loves to excite and delight the owners (and us) with new and varied food – you have to have an adventurous palate as well as spirit.

The Stew is an important part of the team. You maintain the interior in pristine shape at all times. Heads and Beds, Laundry and some service. You take direction from the Chief Stew, you bring issues to her attention, you enjoy the detail-oriented aspects of the position. When the owners are aboard, you assist in service.

You are not just “Stew” - you are also “Team-member” – so you will learn to hold a watch, learn and understand basic operations (don’t worry – you will be taught what you don’t know – just be willing to learn).
